Jammu, Sept 2: Hindustan Shiv Sena has come out in support of the suspended KAS cadre officer Tehsildar of Jammu Khas Ravi Shankar by the Jammu and Kashmir UT government and attached him to the Divisional commissioner’s office Jammu. State President of Hindustan Shiv Sena Vikrant Kapoor has warned the government that it should stop harassing the honest officers of Jammu. Kapoor said everyone is well aware of the honest image of the Tahsildar Ravi Shankar, who was suspended by the government. Kapoor said that Tehsildar Ravi Shankar has made a record of issuing domicile certificates to 15,000 people even during the lockdown period. Vikrant Kapoor said that while sitting in the corridor of power, some people were not able to digest the honest image and growing popularity of Tehsildar Ravi Shankar due to which they accused Him of adopting the policy of delaying to issue domicile certificate to the applicants and suspended him. During the press conference Sunil Dabagotra, Hindustan Shiv Sena state vice president, Nitin Mehra, Amit, Himanshu Gupta, Baba Ram Kaith, women wing leader Sapna Kohli, Jyoti Devi and others were also present.
