| IGNOU shows incomplete results of B.Ed: JKTF | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu, Sept 13: An emergency virtual meeting of JKTF was held today under the chairmanship of Vijay Kumar Sharma provincial secretary JKTF Jammu in which majority of tehsil & zonal body members of zone Malhar, Billawar & Zone Bhaddu participated. Burning agenda of the meeting was to discuss and highlight the issue of teachers who undergone. B Ed under IGNOU during the session 2017-2019, the result of which (theory papers) was declared during Feb.2020. Assignments were submitted by all teachers well in time in their respective study centres. But till date overall result shows "incomplete", (assignment not submitted), which is a great injustice with the teachers without fault of theirs. It is a kind of harassment and Discriminatory behaviour being adopted by the Govt with these teachers to disturb their seniority and snatch their right of promotion, which will never be tolerated & accepted at any cost. Vijay Sharma along with all participants appealed worthy chairman JKTF Ganesh khajuria & team to take the matter with principal secretary School Education Dr Asgar Samoon immediately besides personal visit at the concerned Directorate for early redressal of the issue so that genuine seniority of teachers could be maintained for their next promotion for which process is being initiated by the Department.
