JAMMU, Oct 13: A timely action of traffic policemen saved the life of an accident victim here today. According to sourcs, Traffic Police learnt that an accident took place near Jammu Darbar Channi Himmat.
Within a very short span of time, Inspr Ashwani Kumar, DTI Narwal along with officials reached the spot and found that a Truck bearing registration number JK02AR 8297 had hit a motorcycle bearing registration JK02W 4679 and seriously injured the rider namely Mahadev, 50, son of Amana of Papit, Chatharpur, Madhya Pardesh at present Sunjwan Jammu. DTI Narwal along with staff immediately swung into action and shifted the injured person to GMC Jammu, in his official Vehicles. Timely action taken by Traffic Police saved a precious life, where people praised the Traffic Police for their act of humanity.
