Early Times Report

JAMMU, Oct 22: BJP leadership at centre in the past several years has exploited the common man and further enriched the affluent seems to be general feelings against the government, of common masses in Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir, a group of senior citizens expressed their views while talking to Early Times here today.
Going hammer and tongs at the Modi government they said that the NDA regime has been a period of broken promises as the election promises made in 2014 by a prime ministerial aspirant have turned out to be false.
The Union government is yet to take steps to check price hike of essential commodities .The NDA government does not seem to have any plan of action to tackle this “economic emergency” which is having its fallout on the common man, they added. Stating that sky rocketing prices of essential commodities have broken the backbone of poor people who fail to make both ends meet under such state of inflation ,the government seems to be standing alongwith ‘sab ka vikas’ slogan with affluent and rich people only while giving a damn to the burning problems of common masses, the citizens further added.
Taking a dig at the helms men, a house lady said that the price spike of essential commodities is the out come of inability of the government who have failed utterly to contain it in spite they seem least bothered about the problems being confronted by the people who feel cheated ,exploited and pick pocketed themselves in BJP regime in every sphere of life, she added.
