| Tejass Foundation holds protest against alleged corruption in Bijarani | | |

JAMMU, Oct 22: Tejass-Ek Pahal Foundation along with the locals of Lower Bijarni Panchayat held a protest against corrupt practices allegedly going on in the panchayat.
Protesters led by chairman of the Foundation, Akash Parihar alleged that the 14th FC work funds have been illegally withdrawn by the panchs and Sarpanch in connivance with the officials of the concerned department. They demanded a detailed inquiry by the Anti-Corruption Bureau to bring out the truth.
The protesting people said that the LG of J&K UT must intervene and take immediate action against the corrupt practices. |
