Udhampur, Dec 10: Delhi Public School Udhampur organized Fitness Day for teachers where staffers participated in fun frolic activities like Aerobics, Yoga, Marathon, various challenges like Squats challenge, plank challenge, skipping.
Pro Vice Chairman, Dr. J.C.Gupta was the Chief Guest for the day, guest of honour were managing Director of the school, Vivek Gupta, Director Academics of the School, Sucheta Gupta. Special Guests present at the celebration were Vandana Sharma, Principal JK Public School Jammu and Shashi Rattan Vice Principal JK Public School, Jammu.
Martial arts session was conducted under able guidance of Udhay Singh Fitness Coach of the school, Aerobics session was taken by Fitness Freak, Sonali Dadwal, Marathon was conducted under the Supervision Of Fitness Coach, Rohit Sadotra, Session of Challenge was conducted by Middle Wing Coordinator, Shivane Koul, CCA Coordinator, Rakhee Gupta.
