| GDC Akhnoor organizes Poster Making Competition | | |

Jammu, Dec 10: GDC Akhnoor organized online poster making Competition on “Human Rights Day” under the ableguidance of worthy Principal Dr. Namarta. The poster making competition was organized by EBSB Club in collaboration with IQAC and NCC. The theme of the Human Rights Day 2020 was Recover Better – Stand Up for Human Rights. It related to COVID-19 pandemic and focused on the need to build back better by ensuring human rights are central to recovery efforts. The objective of the poster making competition was to exhibit the students’ talent besides an opportunity to learn about the human rights and its importance. This creative competition gets students thinking about the best practices to protect and promote the human rights in COVID-19 crisis as well as Post COVID world.
The students from different colleges of Jammu and Kashmir UT participated with great enthusiasm in the competition. After the completion of the event, e-certificates were awarded to participants. The
Principal Dr. Namarta applauded the participants for overwhelming enthusiasm in taking part in this poster making competition and appreciated Prof. Tarsem Lal – IQAC, Prof. Kuldeep Kumar - ANO NCC and Prof Pooja - Nodal Officer of EBSB Club for organizing this event. |
