KULGAM, Dec 10: According to the Secretary, District Legal Services Authority (DLSA) Kulgam, a National Lok Adalat is being organized at District Court Complex, Kulgam on 12 December, 2020.
During the Lok Adalat, Pre-litigation, pending cases in the courts particularly cases under section 138 NI Act, MACT, matrimonial, family disputes, labour disputes, civil and criminal cases, bank recovery cases, electricity and water bill besides cases related to other civil matters will be taken up for settlement.
