| HCPSA appeals government to create posts | | |

JAMMU, Dec 18: All the members of High Court Personal Staff Association with one voice request the state government particularly Law Secretary and Chief Secretary to clear the pending proposals of creations of posts duly recommended by High Court at the earliest as there is acute dearth of staff. It is urged upon the govt. that at present only staff with sanction strength of 14 judges is available, but sanctioned strength has been increased to 17 judges and two judges for elevation is already in pipeline and staff of increased sanction strength is pending since long with the result, work load has been increased.
Association urged the govt. to clear all the pending proposals duly recommended & pending with govt. for more than two years in the interest of smooth functioning of the highest judicial institutions of the state. |
