SRINAGAR, Dec 18: An associate of militant outfit Ansar Ghazwat-Ul-Hind was on Friday arrested in south Kashmir district of Pulwama.
Official sources said that following specific information, security forces arrested the militant associate, identified as Faisal Hussain, a resident of Tral, on Friday in Awantipora. "Faisal was providing shelter, logistic and other support to militants," they said, adding he also used to transport arms and ammunition.
They said police has registered a case and initiated investigation to nab other people involved in support and helping militants. |
