Ishtiyaq Ahmad Early Times Report SRINAGAR, Jan 4: The Jammu and Kashmir Health Department has constituted a committee to examine the cases of doctors for issuing Non Objectionable Certificate (NOC) in favour of in-service Medical Officers (MO) desirous of undergoing higher study applying against the tenure posts. The committee will be headed by Director Finance Health and Medical Education Department and will comprise of 6 other members. "In pursuance of government order dated 17th October 2019, a departmental committee compromising of following doctors has been constituted to examine the cases of doctor for issuing NOC in favour of eligible in service Medical Officers desirous of undergoing higher study courses apply against the tenure posts", reads an order copy which lies with early times. The team comprises of Director Finance Health and Medical Education Department as Chairman, Additional Secretary to the Government, Health and Medical Education Department as Member, Deputy Secretary/Under Secretary to the Government Health and Medical Education Department as Member Secretary and Deputy Director (HQ), Director of Health Services Kashmir, Deputy Director (HQ) Director Health Services, Jammu, Personal Officer, Government Medical College, Srinagar and Personal Officer, Government Medical College, Jammu as Members. Accordingly formal applications in a devised proforma are invited from desirous intending eligible in-service doctors of Jammu and Kashmir Health and Family Welfare gazetted service for seeking NOC for participating in the selection process for undergoing higher study courses tenure posts during the calendar year 2021. The aforesaid designated committee shall examine consider such cases as per laid down policy guidelines for submitting recommendations with regards to their eligibility for grant of NOC by the Administrative Department and following procedure calendar are to opt for the purpose. |
