Why Jammu youth have to clamour for justice under central regime: Cong to BJP | | | Early Times Report JAMMU, Jan 5: JKPCC chief spokesperson Ravinder Sharma has questioned BJP why the Jammu youth have to always clamour and struggle for justice and equitable share under BJP led central regime in Jammu and Kashmir. In a statement JKPCC chief spokesperson said that the youth have suffered the most during the BJP regime especially the youth of Jammu have to lodge their protests ,time and again and struggle for seeking justice and equitable share and treatment in various spheres including in the matter of recruitments. The youth had been sold false hopes and fake dreams, by the BJP, especially post abrogation of the special status but now the youth feel cheated and betrayed. The messiah of Jammu have proved to be only toothless tigers while the youth of Jammu have to struggle for their equitable share,as is evident in Last one and a half years of UT administration under direct Central rule. The youth and students besides business community is deprived of 4G for such a long period and all out protests yielded no results as this government doesn't bother people cry as I evident over farmers protests. He said that government should bear the expenses of the unemployed youth seeking jobs, as majority of the poor candidates face great hardships in paying repeated application fees. Sharma also regretted the attitude of govt towards the self-employed self-help groups besides, daily wagers, need based and casual workers besides contractual employee, engaged over two decades in peace meals who are doing their duties regularly and running essential services. The promises to regularise them have proved hollow and sought their regularization. He also questioned the addition of overall forty thousand workers in a couple of years during PDP-BJP regime whereas others were engaged in over two decades period to maintain essential services. |
