Air traffic resumes at Srinagar airport, flights delayed due to poor visibility | | | Early Times Report
Srinagar, Jan 10: Air traffic was on Sunday resumed after remaining suspended on Saturday at Srinagar International Airport though flights were running late due to poor visibility. “After disruption of flights due to poor visibility in the morning at Srinagar airport, the operations have resumed though flights are running late,” an official said. He said the flight operations were resumed at around 1030 hrs on Sunday after improvement in runway visibility at the only airport in the valley. “All the agencies are already on job in harmony to clear the pass for stranded and needy passengers,” he said. He said all the passengers are requested to leave their respective places, keeping extra time than normal to approach airport as they may face traffic jam on way due to heavy passenger movement. |
