Shri Alakh Sahiba Trust holds painting competition | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Feb 16: Shri Alakh Sahiba Trust Talab Tilloo Jammu held a painting competition and a Yagya was performed at Mata Shree Roopbhawani Temple, Tirath Nagar, Talab Tilloo Jammu. The day started with the recitation of Beej Mantra in which noted scholars and culture propagation activists participated. In view of Pandemic the Yagya was performed purely on vedic scriptures invoking teachings of Mata Shree Roopbhawani the Sharika incarnate. It was part of year-long celebration of 400th Prakash Utsav. SAST is celebrating the year-long festival Online Mode by conducting various webinars across the world. Noted scholars and students from different Universities, Colleges and Institutions participated in the webinars, Essay Competitions, Musical and Cultural programmes. Live streaming of such programs was done from different parts of India and abroad which also include the Taposthals of Mata Shree Roopbhawani at Manigam, Waskur, Cheshmasahibi, Laar and Janam Bhoomi at Dhedmar, Srinagar. This painting competition was first such program in Offline mode. |
