| Chairman SSB reviewes preparations for upcoming Class -IV exams in Kishtwar | | |  Early Times Report
Kishtwar, Feb 18: Chairman Service Selection Board, Khalid Jahangir today chaired a meeting of District Officers and reviewed the arrangements to be put in place for conducting the upcoming Class IV examinations here in the Office of Deputy Commissioner Kishtwar. Deputy Commisioner Kishtwar Ashok Sharma, Additional Deputy Commissioner Kishtwar Pawan Parihar,ACR kishtwar Dr Amir Hussain, CEO kishtwar Ashok Kumar and others remained present in the meeting. Additional Deputy Commissioner Kishtwar Pawan Parihar who is Examination Observer for District Kishtwar informed the meeting that 12 exam centres have been designated for the said exam which shall commence from 27-02-2021. DC kishtwar while briefing the chairman said that all necessary arrangements are in place besides additional teams in the form of observers and flying squads shall be deployed to ensure free , fair and transparent elections. Chairman while speaking on the ocassion stressed on conducting exhaustive training programmes for centre superintendents and exam invigilators besides asked to conduct examination following all COVID-19 protocols. He also asked for proper sanitisation of exam centres and videography of all critical events during conduct of exam.
