Revenue department stops encroachment on custodian land in Ainpur-Sunderbani | | | AJAY SHARMA Early Times Report SUNDERBANI, Feb 18: The administration of Sunderbani has been active to stop the encroachment. Reports said that one person namely Tara Chand and his sons of village Ainpur has encroached a part of land under Khasra number 355 measuring five Kanals and registered illegal Girdawari of 10 Kanals in 2016. "In 2018 they registered Five Kanals extra Girdawari and now total 15 Kanals Girdawari is registered name of this person and he made two shops and foundation of two other shops illegally in front of Panchayat Ghar of Rural Development department Sunderbani. The family wants to encroach the land of neighbours and filed different false cases and harassing innocent people of village Ainpur. Meanwhile on the directions of Tehsildar Sunderbani Jatinder Singh the Patwari along with other staff rushed on spot and stopped the work. Kuldeep Singh son of Tara Chand misbehaved with revenue staff and said that he is a media person and nobody can touch him or his family. The Patwari checked the records and land found custodian land and he removed the JCB machine from the spot said official sources. BDC Chairman Arun Kumar Sharma and other prominent persons praised Tehsildar Sunderbani and said the officer is very honest and active. When contacted Custodian Jammu Ravinder Sharma said that he will give directions to deputy Custodian Rajouri to go on spot and present the actual report. |
