JKTA calls on DSEJ, demands of teachers fraternity | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu, Mar 13: A deputation of Jammu Kashmir Teachers Association led by its UT President Bhupinder Singh and accompanied by Vice President Joginder Digra and Coordinator Sunil Salaria called on Director School education Jammu in her office at Jammu and apprised her about the problems of Teachers fraternity. While interacting With Director School Education Jammu, UT President Bhupinder Singh raised the Genuine issues of the teaching fraternity which includes Transfer Policy in favour of Teachers appointed under Ret Scheme(Gradell/lll and 3rd Teachers) as these Teachers are Working in same School for 21 years and Particularly for female Teachers appointed under Ret Scheme Who are married in other Villages, Tehsils and Districts, Conversion of left out RRets to Teachers Gradell/lll as some cases are with held due to adverse CID reports on minor changes and thus they are Suffering badly due to non release of their Salary and Regularization of Rets who have Completed their five years Service RET Period and waiting for the Same for a long time. Bhupinder Singh also thanked Director School Education Jammu for releasing Pending arrears of Teachers and Masters under SSA, RMSA and Samagra. Director School Education Jammu gave a patient hearing to the deputation and assured that Education department is Working on Transfer Policy in favour of Teachers appointed under Ret Scheme and Shortly these teachers Will be transferred, She also assured that Pending cases of Conversion of RRets due to adverse CID reports will be resolved within Short span of time and regularization list will be issued next week. |
