JAMMU, Mar 21: Alleging harassment at the hands of school principal, the staff of DAV Centenary Public School Akhnoor, a privately-run- educational institution, said that they haven't been paid salaries since October, 2020 With the consent of School Manager SK Arora, the School Principal herself has taken own salaries in the form of Advance Loan along with few selected staff members, which created discrimination among the school employees.
The purpose of serving "Legal Notice" gives the principal an opportunity to rethink or reconsider her stance. The legal notice also states that despite having 50 lakhs in the School Fund and 3 crores in the School Reserved Fund, sought reasons for not paying the salaries to the staff within 5 business days. |
