JAMMU, Mar 21: After threadbare consultations with JKPCC chief G.A Mir and other senior leaders of the party, Hari Singh Chib President District Congress Committee (Rural) appointed Gurpreet Singh as General Secretary of the District Congress Party (Rural).
Responding to announcement, Gurpreet Singh expressed gratitude to JKPCC chief G.A. Mir for posing confidence in his leadership by giving him the charge of such a coveted post in the party.
Vowing to join hands with Hari Singh Chib in furthering the cause of fortifying Congress at the grassroots level, Gurpreet said that he will take people of all shades on board to make Congress a strong force to reckon with. |
