JAMMU, Mar 22: All J&K Plus 2 Officers Association held a convention today in two sessions, in morning session the general body members deliberated and finalized plans for the cadre irrespective of all odds while in the second session the core body members participated.
All the participants acknowledged the work of the Association which is working selflessly only for the cadre and also suggested the executive team to take up some more burning issues of the cadre.
The meeting which was held under the Presidentship of Dr Prithvi Paul Raina along with all Executive Council members discussed several issues including ACP to all the Plus 2 Lecturers cadre @ 6600,7600 and 8700 be sanctioned and released as per the other counter parts in all other Departments getting since long .The file which was earlier recommended by the competent committee which was constituted by the Administrative Secretary School Education Department for the same purpose, more Lecturers be placed as Sr Lecturers as per SRO 481, 1/ 3 rd sanctioned strength of the Lecturers be placed at an earliest along with all left out cases. The Association also appeals the authorities, Vacational status be granted to all Principals and Lecturers who work in summer and winter vacations, regularization of all incumbents promoted till 31st.2020 in one go which is a black spot on the face of about 10000 Gazetted Officers, filling up of all Vacant positions in School Education Department through promotions (Lecturers to Jt Directors) in a time bound manner and sanction and release of Charge allowance in favor of all promoted Lecturers till date. |
