Remove disparity with outside Sectt Clerical Cadre: JKLADCSA
4/12/2021 12:22:28 AM
Early Times Report
JAMMU, Apr 11: JKLADCSA has expressed strong resentment against the Government order No.318-JK (GAD) of 2021 issued on 08-04-2021 in which two more subjects has been incorporated in the Syllabus of the SAC examination for Senior Assistants. Addressing a press conference here today, JKLADCSA members Nazir Ahmed Bhat, Gurmeet Singh, Ashish Sharma, Umar Jan Bhat and others said that it is a clear injustice with them as most of the Senior Assistants (outside Secretariat) have crossed the age of 45 years and yet to depute for the said training and the fresh order makes it very difficult for them to pass such rigorous examination. They said that moreover the non availability of training at right time has already affected the Senior Assistants badly. So of the Junior Assistants who were appointed after issuance of SRO 272 of 2008 have to undergo the training of foundation course during their probation period, but there are no proper arrangements with Government to impart the training during the probation period which is also injustice with the cadre. As such its prayed to Lt Governor to intervene in the mater and direct concerned authorities for necessary amendments in Government order No. 318-JK(GAD) of 2021 dated: 08-04-2021 so that the disparity with outside secretariat Clerical Cadre is to be removed and accord promotional avenues at par the ratio of clerical cadre of Secretariat services and conduct DPCs within stipulated time, besides to grant one time exemption of SAC Course for all clerical cadre appointed upto 31.03.2021 and depute new year entrants for said training at very initial stage of appointment i.e. selection time.
