POONCH, Apr 24: Police under the supervision of SSP Pooch, Dr Vinod Kumar has exposed a nexus in Mandi where police seized a huge quantity of steel at a naka. Although an FIR number 45, dated 23 April 2021, has been lodged at Police Station Mandi under relevant sections of law against culprits and has arrested two persons into the matter but it seems that there are some high level officials of the Rural Development Department (RDD) involved in the nexus.
