Block Mandal gets BJP working office, people express gratitude to party

Jammu, Apr 25: The long pending demand of constituting a Bharatiya Janata Party’s working office (mandal) at Mandal Phallian was addressed as the office was opened amid great fanfare and celebration by the people of Mandal.
A proposal in this regard was earlier put to disposal of BJP state president Ravinder Raina and party organizing secretary Ashok Kaul by the people of Marh constituency which falls bisected in two halves –one on either side of river Tawi .
In this regard people of both the halves felt at loss by not getting due audience of their problems at rihjt forum and had to cross both ends to reach the party office. They had proposed to the party for taking the cognizance of the matter by installing one more working office within the vicinity of both halves so that people could have easy access.
Giving the details of the constitution of the office at Mandal , president J&K High Court Bar Association , Jammu , Abhinav Sharma, who presided as the chief guest on the occasion briefed about the need of opening the working office of the party at Mandal block saying that permission to open the mandal at block Mandal was given in the annual working committee meet of BJP held at Akhnoor.
Rajinder Singh Chib, district president, Rural who advocated the cause of installing working office of the party while speaking on the occasion said that it was much needed desire of the people so that they can have easy approach to the party . He expressed gratitude to party heads for addressing the problem. Present on the occasion were the constituted body of the elected people for working office that include president Nihal Singh, and general secretaries Babu Verma and Deepak Sharma.
Geetu Aulakh , DDC member and BDC chairman Madan Lal also graced the occasion.
