| Tajinder appeals Govt to check black marketing of equipments used for Covid19 patients | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, May 2: Social political activist Sardar Tajinder Singh urged the Jammu and Kashmir UT administration to put a check on sky rocketing prices of surgical masks, oxymeters, flowmeter and equipment's used in saving the life of Covid19 patients which are in demand due to surge in Corona cases.
Tajinder said due to shortage of these equipment the hoarder's have started selling it at exorbitant rates, causing extra burden on the pocket of poor patients. He said that the administration has failed to stop black marketing of equipments used in saving the life of Covid19 patients and added that M.R.P to these related items has now surged to double due to increase in demand.
Tajinder Singh appealed to LG to personally look into the matter and take strict action to those who are engaged in black marketing of these items. He also requested to civil society, Youth leaders Social activists to come forward for this social cause and raise their voice against such elements. |
