Govt promotes 29 Junior KAS officers, 16 officers of departmental feeding services to KAS Time Scale

Srinagar, May 14: The Jammu & Kashmir on Friday ordered promotion of 29 Junior Scale KAS Officers to the Time Scale of KAS, in the Pay Band of Rs. 15,600-39,100 with Grade Pay of Rs. 6600 (now revised to Level: 11 (67700-208700), with effect from Ist January 2020 and on regular basis,w.e.f, 9th April 2020.
The order reads that the Government also subsequently ordered the promotion of 16 Officers of departmental feeding services to the Time Scale of KAS, in the Pay Band of Rs. 15,600-39,100 with Grade Pay of Rs. 6600/ (now revised to Level:11(67700-208700), with effect from Ist January 2020 and on regular basis,w.e.f, 9th April 2020 except at S. No 3,4, 8. 9, 11, 14,16 in whose case the date of effect shall be different as shown against their name in the list of the officers of department feeding services.
Following is the list of 29 Junior Scale KAS Officers promoted to Time scale KAS with a different date of effect in case of officers figuring at S. No 3,4, 8. 9, 11, 14,16 shown with their name, Gurdev Kumar, Parvaiz Ahmad Naik, Najwan Nazki, Shurjeel Ali Naiku, Mir Zahida, Ajaz Ahmad Bhat, Shabir Ahmad Wani, Suhail-ul-Islam, Sartaj Hussain, Zaheer Ahmad Kaifi, Harpal Singh, Shavi, Sanchi Misra, Manasa Binti Rashid, Shafiq Ahmad, Javed Naseem Masoodi, Parvaiz Rahim, Zakir Hussain, Mudasir Ahmad, Mohsin Raza, Deebah Khalid Peer, Aijaz Ahmad Shah, Bashir Ahmad Lone, Gulzar Ahmad Rather, Athar Amin Zargar, Sanna Khan, Parvinder Kour, Manu Hansa ans. Nasir Mehmood Khan
The Junior Scale KAS Officers promoted to Time scale KAS are. Ahsanul Haq Chisti ,Johar Ali (ST),. Shahbaz Ahmad Bodha 1.1.2020 and on regular basis w.e.f 23.4.20200, Ravinder Kumar Anand Notionally w.e.f 1.1.2020 and on regular basis w.e.f 30.3.2021, Javaid Ahmad Reshi, Umesh Sharma revenue, Mohammad Yaqub Malik, Ishtiaq Ahmad Bhat Notionally w.e.f 1.1.2020 and on regular basis w.e.f 23.4.2020, Sukriti Gupta Notionally w.e.f 1.1.2020 and on regular basis w.e.f 9.4.2020 to 30.4.2020 i.e. the date of her retirement, Masooda Akhter, Parvesh Kumari Notionally w.e.f 1.1.2020 and on regular basis w.e.f 9.4.2020 to 31.7.2020 i.e. the date of her retirement, Parveen Akhter Mohammad Arshad Khan, Varinder Gupta Notionally w.e.f 1.1.2020 and on regular basis w.e.f 23.4.2020, Abhay Ram Gupta. Kuldip Raj Notionally w.e.f 1.1.2020 and on regular basis w.e.f 23.4.2020.
