Sources said that hospital also suffers from the shortage of doctors and adding that so far Dr Vinod, Dr Deepak, Dr Balvinder and few others including the paramedical staff are managing the show by working day and night and try to give their best performance and give their duties in covid wards results referral rates of hospital only 15-20 % as compare to other hospitals are very low.
“Due to the extraordinary efforts of these warriors the hospital is tackling the crowd including that of COVID patients as the hospital is a designated COVID hospital in the area when covid start but reality is that no proper staff available in hospital to operate invasive ventilators is a big issue of concern.
