JKNPP holds urgent Secretariat and Working Committee meeting
6/9/2021 12:26:53 AM
Early Times Report

Jammu, June 8: Bhim Singh, President-JKNPP presided over an urgent Secretariat and Working Committee meeting and decisions were taken by the members present and announced the line of action as to what needs to be done by the Panthers Party to save the historical State Jammu & Kashmir spread over 84000sq. miles of Territory of J&K.
The first and foremost mission of the JKNPP is the restoration of statehood of J&K which was founded in 1846 by Maharaja Gulab Singh establishing the State of Jammu & Kashmir which included the entire Ladakh region, Gilgit & Baltistan.
After restoration of the State of Jammu & Kashmir, the State Assembly Elections should be held without any delay. So that a responsible people's govt shall represent the people of J&K. The Election Commission allowed Assembly Elections for 5 States, just a couple months back. 5 more States including Uttar Pradesh are on the line of holding Assembly Elections this year. There is no argument that Assembly Elections in J&K can’t be held because of Delimitation.
As Delimitation was not held for some time in J&K there is sufficient reason to hold Assembly Elections in J&K along with next Assembly Elections being held in other States in coming months. Delimitation can be done with the rest of India as and when it is notified.
Adequate security should be provided to all Office-bearers of JKNPP in the Union Territories of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh. The same was withdrawn unjustly and it is seen that un-recognized political and another personalities are provided security whereas JKNPP being a recognized political party from Election Commission of India is devoid of this facility from the Govt leaving its political leaders at the mercy of anti-nationals in both the Union Territories.
Due to the Corona pandemic and the inability of the various Office-bearers from Kashmir, Ladakh and other Districts Jammu Province to come and attend the scheduled Working Committee meeting on 13th June, 2021, the same was postponed till further intimation.
The Panthers Party issues a clear warning to the Union of India seeking immediate attention to save Jammu & Kashmir from death and destruction.
Fresh Elections and elected Govt is the only answer to save Jammu & Kashmir from further chaos and anarchy. Participation of the people of the entire State of Jammu & Kashmir including Ladakh region is the only way out to restore democracy and rule of law in J&K.
