Jammu, June 28: A programme was organised by NSS Unit of GDC Jindrah at panchyat Ghar, Pounthal to create awareness among the locals about the benefits of "Pradhanmantri Jiwan Bima Yojna". The programme was part of the awareness campaign on "Centre's welfare schemes" launched by NSS Unit under the guidance of principal of college Prof. Dr. Rajshree Dhar. Among the NSS team Dr Sunil Dutt Sharma program officer, Priya Jamwal and Kiran Sharma briefed the gathering about the different aspects of Jiwan Bhima Yojna. On the occasion Sarpanch Anil Kumar and Panch Narayan singh , Mohinder singh, Rita Devi, Karan Singh were present.
