BGSBU following Academic Calender despite Covid-19 pandemic

JAMMU, July 4: Inspite of the unprecedented disruption caused by the covid-19 pandemic, Baba Ghulam Shah Badshah University has not only been successfully imparting online education to the students but has been at the forefront of conducting examinations and declaring results as per scheduled academic calendar. Vice Chancellor Baba Ghulam Shah Badshah University, Rajouri applauded the efforts of Controller of Examination Mohd Ishaq and his entire team for the smooth conduct of Examination and timely declaration of results.
Terming this as a huge success for the University, Prof Akbar said that despite the covid crisis afoot, the timely conduct of examination and declaration of results is an important achievement made by the University.
Prof Akbar said that when most of the instructions across the globe are struggling to streamline their academic schedule, BGSBU has earned the distinction of religiously following the academic calendar to ensure that there should no loss to the students who are either preparing for Jobs or aspiring for higher education opportunities.
On the occasion, Prof Akbar appreciated the efforts of teaching faculty of the University for shifting to online mode of teaching and learning in shortest possible time thereby ensuring that the academic persuits of the students would be completed in a given time frame.
On the occasion, Prof Akbar Masood conveyed his best wishes to the outgoing students and said “As you celebrate the completion of your courses, please remember that the journey has just begun”, adding, “I congratulate you for your performance and wish you tremendous success.” Prof Akbar further stated that,” You are real ambassadors of BGSBU and we have faith in your abilities to promote the image of the Varisty”.
