7/4/2021 11:42:59 PM
EARLY TIMES REPORT

JAMMU, July 4: For the past several years, the non-regularized employees working in Health, Education, Jal Shakti, PDD, PWD, Rural Development and Agriculture Departments while NYCs and REKs are also protesting for their regularization but the government is not taking any decision.
This was stated by senior Trade Union Leader and UT President of JK Teachers Association Bhupinder Singh in a statement.
He appealed to all the leaders of the employees' union to come on one platform in the interest of l lakhs of employees so that pressure can be put on the government.
Singh said that if the people of political parties who speak against each other every day can come on one platform to gain power, then the leaders of the employees' union should also come on one platform for the benefit of the employees.
He said that the employees are protesting in their own way for many years, but the government has been giving only assurances and no work is being done in the interest of the employees so now the time has come for everyone to come on a common platform and start a huge movement so that the problems of lakhs of employees are resolved soon.
