| Deputy Mayor JMC conducts tour of Ward No 1 | | |  EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, July 4: Deputy Mayor JMC, Purnima Sharma conducted a tour of Ward No 1 along with the team of Engineering Wing JMC.
During the tour, all the developmental works were inspected and reviewed by the Hon'ble Deputy Mayor in the presence of team of Engineering wing and scope for new developmental projects was explored. Places which were inspected included Multi level Panjtirthi parking project, water body project at Balram Temple, developmental work at Mohalla Choughan Salathia, all the lanes of Ward No 1, construction of parking and library near Chintpurni temple and many more.
After the tour, Purnima Sharma said that today she inspected and reviewed all the developmental works as well as major projects that have been taken up in the past for the development of Ward No 1 and also exploring new scope of developmental projects and works that can be taken up for in the future for the well development of the area.
At the end, Sharma appealed to the general public not to wander out of their houses unnecessarily as COVID-19 cases are on the rise again and only to go out when it's important and while wearing masks and practicing social distancing. |
