Jammu, Aug 4: A Division Bench of Jammu & Kashmir High Court Comprising Chief Justice Pankaj Mithal and Justice Puneet Gupta today disposed of a Public Interest Litigation regarding delay in opening of Sinthan road, with the observations that the road is open and is in use by the public, the purpose sought to be achieved by filing this writ petition stands satisfied.
