| GCW Parade organizes alumni meet | | |

JAMMU, Aug 6: The Government College for Women, Parade Ground, Jammu organised its annual Alumni Meet today through virtual mode.
A large number of alumni attended the event to relive the College years and reconnect with their alma mater. The meet was organized by the alumni committee of the College under the patronship of the Principal of the College, Dr. S.P Sarswat and guidance of the Convener of the Committee Prof. Samriti Manchanda.
Principal of the College Dr S.P. Sarswat extended a gracious and inclusive welcome to all the esteemed alumni. Dr. Alpana Vohra gave a comprehensive presentation about the past and present stature of the College and how things have changed over the years. Many illustrious alumni participated in the event and shared their views on various topics as it was a platform for rekindling of anecdotes of remarkable journeys, poignant stories and interactive sessions.
Dr. Gurpreet Kour was stage secretary while formal vote of thanks was presented by Jyoti Behl. |
