ABVP demands stern action against students who raised pro-Pak slogans | | | Early Times Report JAMMU, Oct 26: Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) Jammu Kashmir condemned the slogans raised by the students of GMC Srinagar and SKIMS Srinagar in favour of Pakistan and against India and burst crackers after the India - Pakistan cricket match while celebrating India loss to Pakistan. ABVP Jammu Kashmir State Secretary Mukesh Manhas said that students should work on how to take country forward not that they should raise slogans against the country. The ABVP said that such students should be identified who work on speaking against the country adding that they should be sacked immediately and stern punishment should be taken against them. "We condemn the whole incident that has happened in hostels of GMC Srinagar and SKIMS after the India- Pakistan cricket match where students celebrated the victory of Pakistan and raised anti-India and Pro- Pakistan slogans," said Mukesh. He said the Jammu & Kashmir government should take strict actions against the culprits and all the students who raised slogans should be sent to jail. |
