| Court upholds attachment of property by ACB of Ex-Commissioner JMC | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, Oct 28: Special Judge Anti-Corruption Jammu, Mohan Singh Parihar upheld the order of attachment of the properties of Kuldeep Khajuria former Commissioner, Municipal Corporation Jammu, Chairman BOCA.
While dismissing the appeal filed by Ex- Commissioner JMC, Special Judge Anti-Corruption Jammu observed that the order dated 15-1-2021 passed by the designated authority is legal and valid and cannot be interfered with on the basis of the grounds taken in the appeal. The appeal is as such, dismissed. The impugned order is upheld and the order of attachment of the properties dated 17-10-2020 issued by the investigating officer is confirmed. |
