Rajesh Gill flags off J&K Cricket team for National Championship

Jammu, Dec 3: Rajesh Gill former Ranji Player, Member of Indian Cricketers Association, Apex Council Member of JKCA and mentor of J&K Physically Challenged Cricket Team today flagged off J&K cricket team of specially abled players in the presence of Aditya Bakshi MD of Roma enterprises , Tarun Bali and Gurdeep Singh for their participation in the National Championship which is scheduled to be held at Bhiwani, Haryana on the occasion World Disabled Day.
During the flag off ceremony, colour uniform and bags were also distributed among the players through Rajesh Gill and Aditya Bakshi . The Uniforms for the J&K team was sponsored by the Roma enterprises whereas the bags were sponsored by Janta sports.
While speaking on the occasion Rajesh Gill former Ranji player advised the Captain and Players of the J&K team to play as a cohesive unit , motivate each other during the matches and try to play for the victory . He also guided the players and discussed various aspects of different cricket strategies for displaying great performance in the national level matches. He conveyed his best wishes to the team for the successful performance in the championship.
Rajesh Gill thanked Sanjeev Mahajan Sports Advisor of J&K PCCA, Aditya Bakshi MD Roma enterprises and Janta Sports for helping and supporting J&K specially abled players regularly. Aditya Bakshi also spoke on the occasion and assured the specially abled cricketers of J&K for all support in their future cricket events. The list of J&K team includes : Mohd. Nadeem (Captain), Jagmohan Singh (Vice Captain), Vaishno Dev, Vivek Sharma, Ranjeet Singh, Ravi Kumar, Firdous Ahmed, Nikhil Kumar, Ayaz Ahmad,(Wk),Yawar Bhat, Zahoor Ahmad, Danish Ahmad and Abid Hussain.
