NBA demand transfer policy, DPC before Rationalisation

Udhampur, Dec 3: J&K UT Nation Builder Association Demanded the rights of Teachers on priority base for the upliftment of Teaching staff in JK UT one is Transfer policy in favour of G2, G3 and 3rd other one is DPC of teachers to masters. Pritam Dhiman Chairman of Nation Builder Association appeal to LG of J&K UT Manoj Sinha and Administrative secretary B K Singh kindly implement the Govt order no 469 Dated- 25-06-2014 as per this order the seniority benefit from Ret appointment /Rights of 70000 Teacher of JK UT and as per this order Distt. level transfer of Teachers who are appointed under Ret scheme. After regularisation these teachers are deprived by this rights and now a days female Teachers are suffering due to the no provision of transfer policy and maximum female Teachers have married out of Distt. their family is totally disturbed and Teachers are suffering.
In the press statement Vice Chairman NBA Reyaz Ahmad Bhatt appeal to Administrative secretary B k Singh kindly take first priority on Transfer policy maximum trained Teachers professional degree holders working at one place from 18 to 20 years due to non-availability of Transfer their capability and qualification is not Utilized at needy place as subject Teacher. In the statement Monika Sharma Distt. President NBA Women Wing Udhampur said that female Sisters of Teaching fraternity are working in far flung Areas of Distt. Udhampur is known for its hilly topography it is more becoming difficult for all female Teachers to survive Monika sharma Requested to the LG Administration to start the process of Transfer policy.
