| NCC units of GDC Kathua celebrate Armed Forces Flag Day | | |  Early Times Report
KATHUA, Dec 7: The NCC units of GDC Kathua celebrated Armed Forces Flag Day to commemorate the memory of those soldiers who sacrificed their life in honour and defence of the country.
The drive was launched to collect the funds/ donations from the public which would be used for the welfare of veer naris,widows of veterans, disabled serving soldiers and their dependents.
All the faculty members, students and people around the college donated money to the “Armed Forces Flag Day Fund”.
The cadets also collected fund from D C Office Kathua. The whole drive was launched under the guidance of Prof. Raj Kiran in-charge Principal of the college and under the supervision of Dr. Verinder Singh ANO Boys Bn, Dr Rachana ANO Girls wing and Dr Amrik Singh ANO Naval. |
