Early Times Report JAMMU, Dec 10: Movie "The Life 2" was released here today during Maharaja Hari Singh Dogra Samman Award-2021 organized by Women Club Meri Pehchaan (WCMP). Chairperson Women Club Meri Pehchaan, Sandhya Gupta and Laxmi Narayan Tripathi released the new movie "The Life 2" which is based on the rights of the transgender people of the society and focuses upon them and encourages them to live as a normal citizen with enjoy equals rights as others. On the occasion, Maharaja Hari Singh Dogra Samman Awards were presented to Acharya Laxmi, Narayan Tripathi, Dr. Prashant Gaikwad, Dr. Sindhu Tai Sapkal, Capt. Vikram Batra, Major Sudhir Kumar Walia, Martyr Abhijai Thapa, Anil Paba, Rifleman Shubham Sharma JAKRIF, Hawaldar Roshan Lal and Col V.K. Sahi. After presenting the awards, a "Bhajan Sandhya" was organized. Speaking on the occasion, Sandhya Gupta said that WCMP every year conducts this award ceremony in which Maharaja Hari Singh Dogra Samman Awards are presented. Informing about the Dogra award function, she further said that this award is a true tribute to the Maharaja Hari Singh and until she is alive, she won't let the name of Maharaja Hari Singh to die down and forgotten. |
