| 'THE - SARA' donates Computer Lab to GHS Kanhama | | |  Early Times Report
SRINAGAR, Dec 10: 'THE - SARA' under its 'Share with Schools' initiative to facilitate the teaching and learning of ICT donated a 'Computer Lab' for Govt High School, Sikh Kanhama Tangmarg Kashmir.
Dr. Raminder Jit Singh, Director 'THE - SARA' along with Headmaster of the school Manzoor Ahmad Joo in the presence of staff members, school children and villagers inaugurated the 'Computer Lab' comprising of computers along with peripherals, furniture and megaphone at GHS Sikh Kanhama Tangmarg.
The school located in village Sikh Kanhama of Block Tangmarg in district Baramulla was established in the Year 1945 and is one of the oldest schools in Kashmir Province. 'THE - SARA' under its 'Share With Schools' initiative time to time contributes library kits, books, stationary material and sports goods for the benefit school children of Government Schools across UT's of J&K and Ladakh.
On the occasion Dr. Raminder Jit Singh, said the purpose of donation is to create an opportunity for the young ones that have not gotten access to the digital age. Headmaster Manzoor Ahmad Joo, along with Javed Khan and other staff members of GHS Sikh Kanhama thanked 'THE - SARA' for the noble gesture. |
