| DB disposes of PIL seeking direction to authorities to complete two roads in Ramban | | |

JAMMU, Dec 10: A Division Bench of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh High Court comprising Chief Justice Pankaj Mithal and Justice Sanjay Dhar disposed of a PIL as AAG Ravinder Gupta for the UT made a statement that the two roads in Ramban district have been constructed and the remaining work is likely to be completed by the end of this month.
As the PIL came-up for hearing, AAG submitted that the road from Rajgarh to Shamthi having a length of 14.475 Kms has been completed, whereas the road from Chanderkote Power House to Rajgarh having a length of 16.700 kms stands completed up to 16.200 kms and only 500 meters of the said road remains to be completed. It is further stated that this remaining portion of the road would be completed in all respects by 31-12-2021. |
