JAMMU, Dec 10: BJP Mandal Bishnah today paid rich tributes to CDS Bipin Rawat at Tara Chowk under the chairmanship of BJP Mandal President Bishna Sushil Sharma (Gagan Bhatia).
They paid tributes to martyred lighting a candle and remembered them.
