| JKTJAC deputation meets Principal Secretary School Education; raises issues of teachers | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, Dec 10: A deputation of Jammu & Kashmir Teachers Joint Action Committee (JKTJAC) led by UT President Vinod Sharma and accompanied by Chief advisor Sham Sharma, District President Udhampur Lekh Raj Parihar and Sandeep Sharma called on Principal Secretary School Education.
Sharma raised burning issues of teaching fraternity which include comprehensive transfer policy in favour of teachers appointed under ReT pattern and their inclusion in ATD; consideration of mutual transfer files of RRET (3rd teachers) with Teachers Grade II/III (RRETs) till such transfer policy is made as 3rd teachers have also been appointed on ReT pattern vide government order 597 Edu of 2003 dated 2-6-2003; DPC of teachers as same has not been done since 2014; conversion of head teachers (SSA) posts into non plan posts of masters for the resolution of their salary issue and favour of department in High Court for inclusion of 5 years ReT period for seniority benefits. |
