Daughter of Soil Dr Kritima Kapoor honoured in Ludhiana | | | Early Times Report JAMMU, Dec 12: Dr. Kritima Kapoor daughter of Prof V S Verma and Sushma Verma was adjudged as the best speaker in two days national symposium of Indian Society for Buffalo Development (ISBD) in which more than 200 delegates from all over the country participated. Theme of the symposium was "Scientific Interventions to Address the Challenges for Sustainable Buffalo Production" organized by the Department of Veterinary Anatomy, College of Veterinary Science, Guru Angad Dev Veterinary and Animal Sciences University (GADVASU), Ludhiana. Dr. Kritima is daughter of the soil presently working as Assistant Professor in Veterinary Anatomy in GADVASU. As a faculty member of Department of Veterinary Anatomy, she gave a Power Point presentation on "Immuno expression of macrophages in cyclic corpus luteum of buffalo" and was adjudged as the best speaker by a committee of senior most veterinarians. She was appreciated for her novel work done in buffalo and was honoured with a memento and a certificate of honour by K S Sangha, Managing Director, Millk Fed, Punjab who was chief guest of the valedictory function.
