JAMMU, Dec 12: AAP paid floral tribute to CDS Bipin Rawat, his wife & 11 others who lost their lives in a helicopter crash near Coonoor in Tamil Nadu on Wednesday, at its Regional Office Gandhi Nagar Jammu.
