| J&K Admin persecutes civilians only to please their masters in New Delhi: Mehbooba | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, Dec 15: Former Chief Minister Jammu and Kashmir and PDP President Mehbooba Mufti on Wednesday said that arresting women in Kashmir marks a new low for the administration that persecutes civilians only to please their masters in Delhi.
Her remarks came after Jammu and Kashmir Police arrested mother and daughter on charges of raising Anti national slogans after a gunfight in Kashmir capital Srinagar.
Taking to microblogging site Twitter, Mufti said, '' Arresting women in Kashmir marks a new low for the administration that persecutes civilians only to please their masters in Delhi.''
''The situation is getting worse & instead of reaching out to the people, GOI is pushing them to the wall, she wrote. |
