UDHAMPUR, Dec 16: District Development Council Chairperson, Udhampur Lal Chand today visited Panchayat Chak Rakhwalan and kick started construction work of hand pump.
During the visit, the DDC Chairperson interacted with the PRIs and local people of the area. The PRIs apprised the DDC Chairperson about the paucity of drinking water in the area.
Responding to the demands, the DDC Chairperson assured the public that all their genuine issues would be addressed in a time bound manner. Directions were issued to the concerned officers to work for equitable development of all Panchayats.
Among others, Sarpanch Chak Rakwalan, Shiv Dev Singh, Panches of the area and general public were also present on the occasion. |
