RPF Commissioner-I visits Regional Office Kashmir

SRINAGAR, Dec 16: Regional Provident Fund (RPF) Commissioner-I, Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh, Rizwan Uddin, visited Regional Office Kashmir and took stock of the conduct of the Office. PF Commissioner personally listened to the grievances of the members and promptly resolved the grievances by giving appropriate directions to the officials of RO Kashmir.
Rizwan Uddin visited SSM College of Engineering, Pattan and conducted an awareness program on filing E-nomination. He emphasized that E-nomination must be filed through UAN login by employees so that in the unfortunate event of death of a member/subscriber, the claim process can be smooth and without much paperwork. While at the College, Rizwan Uddin also conducted an interactive session with the young students on the topic “Motivation through goal setting”.
Later in the evening, PF Commissioner along with Suhail Khan, Enforcement Officer, conducted an e-nomination program at the Head Office of M/s Comtech Info Solution Pvt Ltd. A live demonstration on the procedure of filing e-nomination was given and e-nomination in respect of one member was processed there itself. The establishment promised to file e-nomination in respect of all employees on priority basis.
Further, PF Commissioner Rizwan Uddin along with Ankur Janghu Enforcement Officer, conducted an awareness program on e-nomination and KYC seeding with hoteliers of Gulmarg at Khyber Hotel and Resorts. Ahtesham from Khyber Hotel, Waseem Raja from Hotel Royal Park, Representatives from Hotel Vintage, Hotel Affarwat, Hotel Kolahai Green also participated in the
programme. Representative of Khyber hotel submitted a joint declaration of his employees in the programme and the same will be updated tomorrow with immediate effect. Shri Rizwan Uddin, PF Commissioner impressed upon the importance of e-nomination and KYC for availing online services of EPFO. PF Commissioner talked to the employer of establishment M/s Wani Construction over phone and the employer promised to remit EPF in respect of all employees amounting Rs. 28000.
