| Education Department holds 3- day training for HoIs, DDOs | | | Early Times Report
KATHUA, Dec 16: A three day training programme for DDOs/HOIs of district Kathua regarding JK PAYSYS, BEAMS, GeM Portal, CPIS and Aadharshila commenced today here at HSS Boys Kathua under the supervision of Prakash Lal Thapa, Chief Education Officer Kathua.
On the first day, the training programme was attended by the DDOs/HOIs of four zones viz. Mahanpur, Malhar, Billawar and Bani.
Speaking on the occasion, Chief Education Officer Kathua gave his valuable views on various topics regarding JK PAYSYS, BEAMS, GeM Portal, CPIS and Aadharshilla.
He said that in the changing world of technology and also to make the system transparent 'we have to change and adapt ourselves according to the technology.'
He said as the district consists of remote areas like Bani, Malhar, Billawar etc. these technologies will give a boost to the work culture in the department.
He asked the DDOs/HOIs to focus on the work culture in their schools and also ensure the punctuality of employees.
Satender Singh Pathania (Incharge District Budget Team), Paawan Vivek (DRG and Incharge Aadharshila), Anuj Gupta (Member Budget Team and Aadharshila) and Deepak Singh (Member Budget Team) gave their valuable suggestions and important tips to the HOIs.
The programme has been initiated on the directions of Principal Secretary to Government, B K Singh and is being held under the guidance of Dr. Ravi Shankar Sharma, Director School Education Jammu. |
