JAMMU, Dec 16: Councillor Ritu Choudhary took stock of the preparations for the upcoming Christmas festivities by conducting the inspection of Christian Colony in Ward No 7. Speaking on the occasion, Councillor Ritu Choudhary said that keeping in mind the upcoming Christmas festival, today she is conducting inspection of Christian Colony area. She further said that during the inspection she checked the inner lanes, complete road area of the Christian Colony as well as the sanitation there. She also checked if any lanes or drains were damaged and needed repair, whether the street lights are functional and several other issues. At the end of the inspection, Ritu Choudhary directed the concerned Sanitation Officer and Sanitary Supervisor to make sure that proper cleanliness is maintained during the Christmas festival so that it can be celebrated in a clean and hygienic environment. |
